The main shaft is manufactured using high-strength alloy steel through precision casting and forging. The transmission system utilizes high-precision bevel gears, resulting in low vibration. Significantly Reduced Operating CostsThe crusher employs a special crushing chamber designed based on the inter-particle laminate crushing principle, matched with an appropriate rotational speed. Material breakage occurs not only between particles and liners but also between particles themselves. This significantly increases the proportion of fine products and cubical particles, while greatly reducing flaky and elongated material. Due to the optimized chamber profile and the protective effect of the material bed during laminate crushing, wear on wear parts is relatively low. The crushing mantle and bowl liner are made of high-manganese materials, further reducing wear and greatly lowering long-term operating costs.
High Production EfficiencyThe crusher achieves a reasonable combination of a high swing frequency of the crushing head and large eccentricity (stroke) of the eccentric bushing, greatly enhancing throughput capacity. The hydraulic motor drives the adjustment sleeve (fixed cone liner) for precise discharge opening adjustment, allowing production to be carried out at a constant discharge opening. Reliable Sealing & Reduced DowntimeIn the event of tramp iron passing or instantaneous stalling, the bidirectional tramp iron release hydraulic cylinder automatically discharges the material, allowing the iron piece to pass through the crushing chamber. The machine features a large hydraulic clearing stroke for the crushing chamber, which is independent of liner wear, greatly reducing the manual workload required to remove blocked materials. The XHP cone crusher adds a spherical floating seal based on the T-U type seal, using a unique thin oil lubrication system combined with a positive pressure dust seal for more reliable sealing. It eliminates common failures such as oil-water mixing found in spring cone crushers and effectively prevents dust from contaminating the lubricating oil.
Easy Maintenance & OperationAll parts of this machine can be disassembled and maintained from the top or side, without the need to dismantle the frame or fastening bolts. The concave liner relies on the cooperation between the wedge plate and the helical inclined surface on the upper part of the concave liner to achieve self-locking. The mantle liner is fastened with a self-locking fastening bolt. No filler is required for liner installation. The hydraulic motor can also rotate the adjustment sleeve and bowl liner completely out of the support sleeve to facilitate replacement of the concave liner and mantle, greatly simplifying the liner replacement process.
Multiple Uses & Flexible ConversionEach model of the HP Series cone crusher supports multiple cavity types. Changing the cavity type only requires replacing a few parts such as the corresponding liners, belt pulley, and auxiliary ring. The crushing cavity can be converted from standard coarse type to short-head extra-fine type. The product gradation can also be adjusted by changing the drive shaft speed, thereby maximizing equipment value and delivering extremely wide adaptability.
Safe & IntelligentThe HP series crusher control system adopts centralized automatic control via hydraulic, lubrication, and electrical systems, enabling functions such as automatic pressure compensation, multi-mode operation, overload protection, tramp iron protection, discharge opening adjustment, and synchronous cavity clearing.
