At the heart of the XY Vibrating Screen lies a scientifically validated design approach. Through finite element dynamic analysis of the entire frame structure, we have achieved a machine that exhibits outstanding fatigue resistance and operational reliability. The synergistic effect of shaft eccentricity and eccentric blocks generates a powerful double exciting force, resulting in high vibration intensity that drives superior throughput and screening precision.

Manufacturing excellence sets this equipment apart. The entire screen body is machined on a gantry boring and milling machine, ensuring precise horizontal concentricity of the bearing housing bores—a critical factor for smooth exciter assembly and long-term stability. Bearing housings are crafted from special alloy steel, offering exceptional wear resistance and deformation resistance, effectively eliminating the frequent replacement issues caused by bearing outer race rotation in conventional designs.

Durability is further enhanced through intelligent material selection and construction techniques. High-yield strength steel plates are used for side panels, with reinforced plates at critical exciter areas to optimize strength-to-weight ratio. The side plates are joined using HUCK rivets and hemming technology rather than welding, completely eliminating welding-induced stress and preventing frame loosening or deformation over extended service periods.
