The crusher features a high-strength integrally cast frame. The main shaft is manufactured using high-strength alloy steel through precision casting and forging. High-precision bevel gears in the transmission system result in low vibration. The overall steel structure, combined with flexible supports, minimizes vibration transmitted to the foundation, reducing foundation costs. The optimized structure protects the frame and high-speed rotating balance ring from wear, ensuring low noise, higher transmission efficiency, stronger load capacity, and smoother operation. Service life is typically increased by more than 30%.
The special crushing chamber is designed based on the inter-particle laminate crushing principle, matched with an appropriate rotational speed to deliver greater energy. This replaces traditional single-particle crushing. Material breakage occurs not only between particles and liners but also between particles themselves. This significantly increases fine product proportion and cubical particle content while greatly reducing flaky and elongated material. Due to the optimized chamber profile and material bed protection during laminate crushing, wear on wear parts is relatively low. The crushing mantle and bowl liner are made of high-manganese materials, further reducing wear and greatly lowering long-term operating costs.
The reasonable combination of high swing frequency of the crushing head and large eccentricity (stroke) of the eccentric bushing greatly enhances throughput capacity. The hydraulic motor drives the adjustment sleeve (fixed cone liner) for precise discharge opening adjustment, allowing production at a constant discharge opening. This avoids CSS variations caused by the main shaft moving up and down in single-cylinder crushers.
The fixed main shaft design has the eccentric bushing rotating around the main shaft. The main shaft remains stationary during operation, maximizing its strength, improving stress distribution, enhancing moving cone stability, and extending component life. The structure is more compact, achieving higher installed power while significantly reducing weight compared to traditional cone crushers. The reinforced frame, cantilevered high-strength fixed shaft design, and hydrodynamic lubrication with bronze bushings provide greater load capacity in harsh environments with high vibration and heavy dust.
When tramp iron passes or instantaneous stalling occurs, the bidirectional tramp iron release hydraulic cylinder automatically discharges the material. The machine features a large hydraulic clearing stroke independent of liner wear, greatly reducing manual workload for removing blocked materials. The XHP cone crusher adds a spherical floating seal based on the T-U type seal, using a unique thin oil lubrication system combined with positive pressure dust seal for more reliable sealing. This eliminates oil-water mixing issues found in spring cone crushers, prevents dust from contaminating lubricating oil, and extends lubricant and equipment component service life.
All parts can be disassembled and maintained from the top or side without dismantling the frame or fastening bolts. The concave liner relies on cooperation between the wedge plate and helical inclined surface for self-locking. The mantle liner uses a self-locking fastening bolt. No filler is required for liner installation. The hydraulic motor can rotate the adjustment sleeve and bowl liner completely out of the support sleeve to facilitate liner replacement, making replacement more cost-effective and convenient.
Each model supports multiple cavity types. Changing cavity type only requires replacing a few parts such as corresponding liners, belt pulley, and auxiliary ring. The crushing cavity can be converted from standard coarse type to short-head extra-fine type.
