Through continuous design optimization, it perfectly integrates crushing speed, eccentricity, stroke length, crushing force, and crushing chamber profile, achieving higher productivity and better product quality in medium, fine, and ultra-fine crushing applications. With robust and reliable construction, high production capacity, a high degree of automation, simple operation and maintenance, excellent particle shape, and low long-term wear-part costs, it is widely used in sand and gravel, mining, metallurgy, building materials, and other industries for crushing various hard stones and rocks.
The machine is built on a high-strength integrally cast frame, with a main shaft made of high-strength alloy steel through precision casting and forging, and a transmission system using high-precision bevel gears for low vibration. Flexible supports further minimize vibration transmitted to the foundation, reducing foundation costs, while the optimized structure offers greater strength and typically increases service life by more than 30%. Its special crushing chamber, designed on the inter-particle laminate crushing principle and matched with an appropriate rotational speed, delivers greater energy and replaces traditional single-particle crushing. Material is broken not only between particles and liners but also between the particles themselves, significantly increasing fine products and cubical particles while reducing flaky and elongated material. High-manganese mantle and bowl liner further reduce wear and lower long-term operating costs.
A reasonable combination of high swing frequency and large eccentricity greatly enhances throughput capacity, and the hydraulic motor drives the adjustment sleeve for precise discharge opening adjustment, allowing production at a constant discharge opening. The fixed main shaft design improves stress distribution, enhances moving-cone stability, and extends component life, while the compact structure achieves higher installed power with significantly reduced weight. The bidirectional tramp iron release hydraulic cylinder automatically discharges tramp material, and the large hydraulic clearing stroke reduces manual chamber cleaning. Thin oil lubrication combined with positive-pressure dust sealing and spherical floating sealing provides reliable protection against oil-water mixing and dust contamination, extending lubricant and component life.
All parts can be disassembled and maintained from the top or side without dismantling the frame, and advanced liner fixing technology enables self-locking installation without filler, greatly simplifying liner replacement. Each model supports multiple cavity types, allowing conversion from standard coarse to short-head extra-fine by changing only a few parts, with product gradation adjustable via drive shaft speed. The PLC automatic control system integrates hydraulic, lubrication, and electrical systems, providing automatic pressure compensation, multi-mode operation, overload protection, tramp iron protection, discharge opening adjustment, synchronous cavity clearing, and real-time monitoring of key parameters, making the equipment safer to operate and simpler to maintain.
