The feeder's standout feature is its unique three-stage grizzly structure, which effectively prevents material blockages while efficiently stripping and removing mud, fines, and small-sized gravel from the feed stream. This "pre-splitting" capability ensures that only clean, properly sized material enters the primary crusher, significantly reducing wear on crushing components and boosting coarse crushing capacity. Manufactured with precision on gantry boring and milling machines, the feeder ensures perfect alignment and concentricity for the exciter assembly. Bearing housings are cast from special alloy steel to resist wear and prevent outer race rotation, drastically reducing replacement frequency.
