Product Introduction

The XY Heavy-duty Grizzly Feeder is an optimized model developed by Sichuan Xinyida Machinery to address the negative impact of excessive mud content in raw materials on crushing operations. Based on in-depth research into vibration principles and mechanical structures, combined with years of manufacturing experience, this feeder provides uniform feeding of large-sized materials before coarse crushing. Meanwhile, the grizzly effectively removes fine materials such as mud and achieves pre-screening, significantly boosting coarse crushing capacity.

Adopting a heavy-duty structure combining shaft eccentricity and block eccentricity, the feeder withstands impact from falling large materials and delivers high processing capacity with stable and reliable operation.

  • Three-stage Grizzly Pre-screening The unique three-stage grizzly design effectively prevents feeding blockages, better pre-screens out mud and small-sized sand and gravel, and improves the crushing efficiency of the entire production line.
  • Variable Frequency Speed Control Equipped with a variable frequency speed-regulating motor, the feeder allows convenient and quick adjustment of feeding flow. It ensures uniform, accurate and stable feeding, with smooth start-up and easy operation.
  • Sturdy and Durable Side plates are made of high-yield strength steel with reinforced plates at the exciter area. The screen body uses Huck rivets and a hemming process, eliminating welding-induced stress concentration and preventing frame loosening or deformation under long-term operation. This results in high fatigue strength and outstanding durability.
  • Advanced Manufacturing Technology Exciting force is generated jointly by shaft eccentricity and eccentric blocks, delivering stronger vibration and smoother operation. The entire screen body is processed on a gantry boring and milling machine for double-side milling and boring, ensuring perfect alignment and concentricity for exciter assembly. Bearing housings are made of special alloy steel, avoiding wear that causes outer race rotation and eliminating frequent replacements.
  • Stable and Reliable – Thin Oil Lubrication Bearings adopt an advanced thin oil lubrication system. Compared to grease lubrication, it offers better cooling, easier cleaning, lower oil film resistance, and reduced cost. Combined with a special labyrinth seal design to prevent oil leakage, bearing service life is more than doubled.
