Better Particle Shape, Lower CostsDesigned around the inter-particle laminate crushing principle, the special crushing chamber allows material breakage to occur between particles themselves—not just between particles and liners. This replaces traditional single-particle crushing, significantly increasing the proportion of fine products and cubical particles while greatly reducing flaky and elongated material. The optimized chamber profile and material bed protection during laminate crushing keep wear on wear parts relatively low. Designed for Tough ConditionsWith a fixed main shaft design, the eccentric bushing rotates around a stationary main shaft. This maximizes shaft strength, improves stress distribution, enhances moving cone stability, and extends component life. The reinforced frame, cantilevered high-strength fixed shaft design, and hydrodynamic lubrication with bronze bushings provide greater load capacity even in harsh environments with high vibration and heavy dust.
Keep Running, Less DowntimeWhen tramp iron passes through or instantaneous stalling occurs, the bidirectional tramp iron release hydraulic cylinder automatically discharges the material. The large hydraulic clearing stroke, independent of liner wear, greatly reduces manual workload for removing blocked materials. The XHP cone crusher adds a spherical floating seal based on the T-U type seal, using a unique thin oil lubrication system with positive pressure dust seal. This eliminates oil-water mixing issues common in spring cone crushers, prevents dust from contaminating lubricating oil, and extends lubricant and component service life.
Maintenance Made SimpleAll parts can be disassembled and maintained from the top or side—no need to dismantle the frame or fastening bolts. The concave liner self-locks through cooperation between the wedge plate and helical inclined surface. The mantle liner uses a self-locking fastening bolt. No filler is required for liner installation. The hydraulic motor can rotate the adjustment sleeve and bowl liner completely out of the support sleeve, making liner replacement cost-effective and convenient.
One Machine, Multiple ConfigurationsEach HP Series model supports multiple cavity types. Changing the cavity type only requires replacing a few parts—liners, belt pulley, and auxiliary ring. The crushing cavity can be converted from standard coarse type to short-head extra-fine type. Product gradation can also be adjusted by changing the drive shaft speed, maximizing equipment value and delivering extremely wide adaptability.
Intelligent Control, Safe OperationThe control system adopts centralized automatic control via hydraulic, lubrication, and electrical systems. It enables automatic pressure compensation, multi-mode operation, overload protection, tramp iron protection, discharge opening adjustment, and synchronous cavity clearing.
