Where Vibration Meets Precision

Not all vibration is created equal. Some screens shake violently but fail to stratify material properly. Others move material along but leave too many fines in the oversize. The XY Vibrating Screen solves this through a dual-force approach. Shaft eccentricity provides the primary drive, while eccentric blocks add complementary force. Together, they generate a vibration wave that lifts, separates, and propels material with remarkable consistency. The result is accurate screening—particles find their way to the correct deck layer, and the product leaving the machine meets specifications load after load.

Breaking the Weld Failure Cycle

Here is a fact that manufacturers rarely discuss: welded side plates are a design compromise. Welds create heat-affected zones where metal becomes brittle. Under continuous vibration, microscopic cracks form, grow, and eventually cause failure. The XY Vibrating Screen rejects this compromise entirely. Side plates are joined using HUCK rivets combined with hemming technology. There is no welding on the side plates. No heat stress. No hidden crack initiation points. This approach extends to the entire frame structure. Manufacturing Tolerances That Matter

A bearing housing bore that drifts out of concentricity by a few thousandths of an inch will destroy bearings in weeks. The XY Vibrating Screen prevents this through a manufacturing process that prioritizes precision. The entire screen body is clamped onto a gantry boring and milling machine, where side milling and hole boring happen in a single setup. This guarantees that the bearing bores remain perfectly aligned along the horizontal axis.

The bearing housings themselves are cast from an alloy steel formulation that resists wear aggressively. Ordinary materials allow the bearing outer race to spin under vibration, chewing through the housing and demanding frequent replacement. This special alloy stops that problem before it starts.

Lubrication as a Reliability Strategy

Grease has its place, but not here. The XY Vibrating Screen runs on thin oil lubrication. Why? Thin oil carries heat away from the bearings. It flushes out microscopic wear particles instead of letting them accumulate. It forms a lower-friction film than grease. And it costs less over time. To ensure that oil stays inside the system, a labyrinth seal design creates a tortuous path that vibration cannot defeat. Bearing life more than doubles as a result.

The 20° deck inclination strikes a practical balance—steep enough to move large stone without hanging up, yet gentle enough to give smaller particles the time they need to pass through. Rubber composite springs absorb shock and reduce noise, making the working environment more tolerable.
