Product Introduction

The HP Series Multi-cylinder Hydraulic Cone Crusher represents our latest generation of crushing technology, developed through systematic research and field testing. Unlike traditional cone crushers, this series integrates key parameters including rotational speed, eccentric travel, crushing force, and cavity geometry into a unified design. The result is a machine that delivers exceptional performance in secondary, tertiary, and quaternary crushing applications.

Built for demanding operations, this crusher handles hard rocks such as granite, basalt, iron ore, and limestone. Its applications span aggregates production, mine processing, and industrial mineral crushing.

Structural Integrity

The frame is cast as a single piece without welded joints, eliminating potential weak points. The main shaft is forged from alloy steel and heat-treated for optimal grain structure. Rather than moving up and down, the shaft remains fixed while the eccentric bushing rotates around it. This design principle increases rigidity and allows higher crushing forces without risk of bending or fatigue failure.

Crushing Dynamics

The crushing chamber follows a steep cavity profile that guides material downward while maintaining consistent pressure. Rotational speed is matched to the eccentric stroke so that each crushing cycle captures and compresses material effectively. The result is continuous inter-particle crushing where rock fractures against rock, not just against the liners. This produces a well-graded product with high cubical content and minimal fines over-crushing.

Hydraulic and Lubrication Systems

The hydraulic system serves multiple functions. It adjusts the discharge setting remotely, compensates for liner wear, and provides overload protection. When uncrushable objects enter the chamber, the hydraulic cylinders retract instantly, allowing the object to pass without damaging the crusher. The lubrication system circulates oil through the bronze bushings under pressure, creating a film that supports the eccentric and crushing head. A positive pressure air seal prevents dust ingress into the oil system, a common failure point on conventional crushers.

Maintenance Features

Liner changes require no backing compound. The concave liners are held by wedges that self-tighten as the crusher operates. The mantle is secured with a single locking bolt. To access liners, the hydraulic system rotates the bowl assembly upward and away from the main frame. All heavy components remain attached to the crusher during liner replacement, eliminating the need for external lifting equipment. Daily maintenance points are grouped on one side of the machine for easy access.

Automation

The control system monitors bearing temperature, oil flow, power draw, and crusher setting continuously. If parameters drift outside normal ranges, the system either alerts the operator or adjusts settings automatically. Historical operating data can be logged and exported for process optimization. Remote monitoring via internet connection allows factory support teams to assist with troubleshooting without being on site.

Application Flexibility

One physical machine can serve multiple roles by changing liners and adjusting speed. The same basic unit can be reconfigured from hard rock to recycled material applications by changing a limited number of parts.
