Product Overview

The HP Series Multi-cylinder Hydraulic Cone Crusher is developed based on advanced European and American technology. Through continuous design optimization, it perfectly integrates crushing speed, eccentricity, stroke length, crushing force, and crushing chamber profile. It achieves higher productivity and better product quality in medium, fine, and ultra-fine crushing applications.

This crusher features robust construction, high capacity, high automation, simple maintenance, excellent particle shape, and low long-term wear parts cost. It is widely used in sand and gravel, mining, metallurgy, and building materials industries.

Strong Power Transmission & Smooth Operation

The HP Series has a high-strength integrally cast frame. The main shaft is made of high-strength alloy steel through precision casting and forging. High-precision bevel gears ensure low vibration. The steel structure with flexible supports minimizes vibration to the foundation, reducing foundation costs. Service life is increased by more than 30%.

Reduced Operating Costs

The crushing chamber is designed based on the inter-particle laminate crushing principle. Material breaks between particles and liners, and also between particles themselves. This increases fine products and cubical particles while reducing flaky material. The mantle and bowl liner are made of high-manganese steel, lowering long-term operating costs.

High Production Efficiency

The combination of high swing frequency and large eccentric stroke greatly enhances throughput. The hydraulic motor adjusts the discharge opening precisely, maintaining a constant CSS. This avoids variations common in single-cylinder crushers.

Strong Load Capacity

The fixed main shaft design keeps the shaft stationary while the eccentric bushing rotates around it. This maximizes strength, improves stress distribution, and extends component life. The reinforced frame, cantilevered shaft design, and hydrodynamic lubrication with bronze bushings provide greater load capacity in harsh, high-dust environments.

Reliable Sealing & Reduced Downtime

When tramp iron passes through, the bidirectional hydraulic cylinder automatically releases material without manual shutdown. The large hydraulic clearing stroke reduces manual work to remove blockages. A spherical floating seal with thin oil lubrication and positive pressure dust seal eliminates oil-water mixing and prevents dust contamination, extending lubricant and component life.

Easy Maintenance & Operation

All parts can be disassembled from the top or side without removing the frame or bolts. The concave liner self-locks using a wedge plate and helical surface. The mantle liner uses a self-locking bolt. No filler is needed for liner installation. The hydraulic motor rotates the adjustment sleeve and bowl liner out of the support sleeve, simplifying liner replacement.

Flexible Conversion

Each model supports multiple cavity types. Changing cavity type only requires replacing a few parts such as liners, belt pulley, and auxiliary ring. The cavity can be converted from standard coarse to short-head extra-fine. Product gradation can also be adjusted by changing drive shaft speed.

Safe & Intelligent Control

The control system uses centralized automatic control with hydraulic, lubrication, and electrical systems. Functions include automatic pressure compensation, multi-mode operation, overload protection, tramp iron protection, discharge adjustment, and synchronous cavity clearing. Real-time monitoring of oil temperature, pressure, flow, load, and discharge size makes the equipment safer and simpler to maintain.
