XY Vibrating Screen Accurate Screening Strong Vibration High Efficiency Mining

The XY Vibrating Screen is a mature product developed by Xinyida Machinery to address the problems of low efficiency, short service life, and high pollution associated with traditional vibrating screens. Adopting advanced design concepts and combined with years of on-site application experience in mine crushing and screening, it has been repeatedly improved and standardized. Through finite element dynamic analysis of the frame structure, the equipment features strong fatigue resistance and excellent reliability. Coupled with double exciting force generated by shaft eccentricity and eccentric blocks, it produces high vibration strength, fully ensuring high capacity, high efficiency, and low cost in vibrating screening operations.

To control the concentricity error of bearing housing bores, the XY Vibrating Screen adopts advanced manufacturing techniques. The screen body is processed on a gantry boring and milling machine for both side milling and hole boring, ensuring horizontal concentricity for exciter assembly. The bearing housings are made of special alloy steel, eliminating the problem of frequent replacement caused by bearing outer race rotation due to severe wear in ordinary materials, and featuring excellent wear resistance and high resistance to deformation. Designed with finite element dynamic simulation and analysis software, the screen uses high-yield strength steel plates for its side panels and reinforced steel plates at the exciter locations, ensuring balanced overall strength and weight. The screen body adopts HUCK rivets and hemming technology, with no welding on the side plates, eliminating welding stress and preventing frame loosening and deformation during long-term operation, giving the screen body higher fatigue strength and outstanding durability.

The frame structure is optimized through finite element dynamic analysis, and its unique design enhances overall strength, enabling it to withstand greater exciting force while improving stress balance and extending service life. The bearings adopt an advanced and stable thin oil lubrication system with a special labyrinth seal design to prevent oil leakage, more than doubling bearing life. The screen deck is arranged at an inclination of 20°, facilitating the screening of large stones and ensuring efficient utilization of motor power for economical operation. The tripod structure with a separated screen body and frame ensures firm motor fixation and easier installation and transportation.
