The XY Series incorporates dual excitation force generated by shaft eccentricity and eccentric blocks, producing high vibration intensity that ensures thorough material stratification and loosening on the screen deck. Paired with a 20° screen inclination angle, it efficiently screens large-sized rocks while maximizing motor power utilization, achieving high capacity, low energy consumption, and cost-effective operation.
The side plates are manufactured from high-yield strength steel plates, with reinforced sections at the exciter mounting positions. The frame structure is optimized through finite element dynamic simulation and analysis. Featuring a weld-free side plate design combined with HUCK riveting and hemming technology, the screen body eliminates welding stress entirely, effectively preventing frame loosening and structural deformation during long-term operation. This design endows the screen body with exceptional fatigue resistance and outstanding durability.
Adhering to precision engineering standards, the screen body undergoes simultaneous side milling and boring on a gantry boring and milling machine, ensuring horizontal concentricity for exciter assembly and precise control of bearing housing bore alignment. The bearing housings are forged from special alloy steel, offering excellent wear resistance and deformation resistance, eliminating the common issue of bearing outer race rotation caused by premature wear of conventional materials.
The bearing system features a state-of-the-art thin oil circulation lubrication system, which provides superior cooling, easier maintenance, lower friction film resistance, and reduced operating costs compared to grease lubrication. Combined with a special labyrinth seal design that effectively prevents oil leakage, bearing service life is more than doubled. Additionally, rubber composite springs significantly reduce operational noise, ensuring smoother and quieter performance.
The XY Series also adopts a tripod support structure with a separated screen body and frame, facilitating firm motor fixation, easy installation, and convenient transportation.
