When it comes to load capacity, the HP Series uses a fixed main shaft design. The eccentric bushing spins around the shaft while the shaft stays completely still during operation. That stillness maximizes the shaft's strength, spreads out stress evenly, keeps the moving cone stable, and helps every part last longer. The whole machine packs more installed power into a smaller, lighter package than traditional crushers. The reinforced frame, the cantilevered high-strength fixed shaft, and the bronze bushing lubrication all work together to handle rough, dusty, high-vibration environments.
Reliable Sealing SystemThe sealing system keeps trouble out and keeps the machine running. If tramp iron passes through or the machine stalls for a moment, the bidirectional tramp iron release hydraulic cylinder automatically pushes the material out. A large hydraulic clearing stroke — one that does not depend on liner wear — means you do not spend much time digging out blockages by hand. The XHP model adds a spherical floating seal on top of the T-U seal, using thin oil lubrication and positive pressure dust seal for better sealing. This gets rid of the oil-water mixing problem that spring cone crushers have, stops dust from getting into the oil, and makes both the lubricant and the parts last longer.
Simplified MaintenanceMaintenance could not be simpler. Every part comes apart from the top or the side, and you never need to break down the frame or touch the fastening bolts. The concave liner locks itself in using the wedge plate and the helical slope on top. The mantle liner uses a self-locking bolt. No filler material needed when you install liners. The hydraulic motor can also spin the adjustment sleeve and bowl liner completely out of the support sleeve, making liner replacement fast and cheap. Every HP model supports multiple cavity types — Fine, Medium, Coarse, and Extra Coarse.
