When it comes to power transmission and smooth operation, the HP Series stands out. The crusher features a high-strength integrally cast frame, while the main shaft is manufactured using high-strength alloy steel through precision casting and forging. The transmission system utilizes high-precision bevel gears, resulting in low vibration. The overall steel structure, combined with flexible supports, further minimizes vibration transmitted to the foundation, thereby reducing foundation costs.
Operating costs are significantly reduced thanks to the laminate crushing principle. The crusher employs a special crushing chamber designed based on the inter-particle laminate crushing principle, matched with an appropriate rotational speed to deliver greater energy. It replaces the traditional single-particle crushing principle, allowing material breakage to occur not only between the particles and the liners but also between the particles themselves. This significantly increases the proportion of fine products and the content of cubical particles, while greatly reducing the amount of flaky and elongated material. Due to the optimized crushing chamber profile and the protective effect of the material bed during laminate crushing, wear on wear parts is relatively low. The crushing mantle and bowl liner are made of high-manganese materials, further reducing wear and greatly lowering long-term operating costs.
The crusher achieves high production efficiency through a reasonable combination of high swing frequency and large eccentricity, greatly enhancing the throughput capacity of this series. The hydraulic motor drives the adjustment sleeve for precise discharge opening adjustment, allowing production to be carried out at a constant discharge opening. The reinforced frame, cantilevered high-strength fixed shaft design, and hydrodynamic lubrication with bronze bushings provide greater load capacity in harsh crushing environments with high vibration and heavy dust.
Reliable sealing helps reduce downtime. In the event of tramp iron passing or instantaneous stalling, the bidirectional tramp iron release hydraulic cylinder automatically discharges the material. The machine features a large hydraulic clearing stroke for the crushing chamber, which is independent of liner wear, greatly reducing the manual workload required to remove blocked materials. The XHP cone crusher adds a spherical floating seal based on the T-U type seal, using a unique thin oil lubrication system combined with a positive pressure dust seal for more reliable sealing. It eliminates common failures such as oil-water mixing found in spring cone crushers, effectively prevents dust from contaminating the lubricating oil, and extends the service life of the lubricant and equipment components.
Maintenance is straightforward and convenient. All parts of this machine can be disassembled and maintained from the top or side, without the need to dismantle the frame or fastening bolt. The concave liner relies on the cooperation between the wedge plate and the helical inclined surface to achieve self-locking. The mantle liner is fastened with a self-locking fastening bolt.The crushing cavity can be converted from standard coarse type to short-head extra-fine type, and product gradation can also be adjusted by changing the drive shaft speed. Finally, the PLC automatic control system provides real-time monitoring of oil temperature, oil pressure, flow rate, load, and discharge opening size, making the equipment safer to operate and simpler to maintain.
