If tramp iron goes through or the machine stalls for a moment, the bidirectional tramp iron release hydraulic cylinder kicks in and pushes the material out automatically, so the metal piece can leave the crushing chamber. The machine also has a big hydraulic cavity clearing stroke that doesn't care how worn the liners are, so you don't have to spend much time clearing blockages by hand. The XHP model adds a spherical floating seal on top of the T-U type seal, using a special thin oil lubrication system and a positive pressure dust seal to make everything seal up tighter. This gets rid of common headaches like oil mixing with water, which happens a lot with spring cone crushers. It also keeps dust from getting into the oil and helps both the lubricant and the machine's parts last longer.

You can take apart and service every part from the top or the side, and you never have to take the frame apart or loosen the fastening bolts. The concave liner locks itself in place because of how the wedge plate and the helical slope on top of the liner work together. The mantle liner gets held down by a self-locking bolt. You don't need any filler material when you install liners. Plus, the hydraulic motor can spin the adjustment sleeve and bowl liner right out of the support sleeve, which makes swapping out the concave liner and mantle really simple.
