At the core of the HP Series lies the inter-particle laminate crushing principle. Our specially designed crushing chamber, matched with an appropriate rotational speed, delivers greater crushing energy. Unlike traditional single-particle crushing, material breakage occurs not only between particles and liners but also between particles themselves. This significantly increases the proportion of fine products and cubical particles while greatly reducing flaky and elongated material. The optimized chamber profile and the protective effect of the material bed during laminate crushing result in relatively low wear on wear parts, greatly lowering long-term operating costs.
The HP Series achieves a perfect combination of high swing frequency and large eccentric stroke, greatly enhancing throughput capacity. The hydraulic motor drives the adjustment sleeve for precise discharge opening adjustment, allowing production to be carried out at a constant discharge setting. This eliminates CSS variations common in single-cylinder crushers where the main shaft moves up and down during operation, ensuring consistent product quality and stable production.
The crusher features a high-strength integrally cast frame and a main shaft manufactured from high-strength alloy steel through precision casting and forging. The transmission system utilizes high-precision bevel gears, resulting in low vibration. The overall steel structure, combined with flexible supports, minimizes vibration transmitted to the foundation, reducing foundation costs. The optimized structure offers greater strength, protects the frame and high-speed rotating balance ring from wear, ensures low noise, higher transmission efficiency, stronger load capacity, and smoother operation. Typically, service life is increased by more than 30%.
The fixed main shaft design, with the eccentric bushing rotating around the stationary main shaft, maximizes shaft strength, improves stress distribution, enhances moving cone stability, and extends component life. The compact structure achieves higher installed power while significantly reducing weight compared to traditional cone crushers. The reinforced frame, cantilevered high-strength fixed shaft design, and hydrodynamic lubrication with bronze bushings provide greater load capacity in harsh crushing environments with high vibration and heavy dust.
Our unique thin oil lubrication system combines with positive pressure dust seal and spherical floating seal for more reliable sealing. This eliminates common failures such as oil-water mixing found in spring cone crushers and prevents dust from contaminating the lubricating oil, extending the service life of both lubricant and equipment components.
In the event of tramp iron entering the chamber, the bidirectional hydraulic cylinder automatically releases the material, allowing the iron piece to pass through without manual shutdown. The large hydraulic clearing stroke, independent of liner wear, greatly reduces manual workload for clearing blocked materials.
All parts can be disassembled and maintained from the top or side without dismantling the frame or fastening bolts. The concave liner features a self-locking wedge plate, and the mantle liner uses a self-locking bolt—no filler is required for installation. The hydraulic motor can rotate the adjustment sleeve completely out of the support sleeve, greatly simplifying liner replacement.
Each model supports multiple cavity types. Changing the cavity requires only replacing a few parts such as liners, belt pulley, and auxiliary ring. The crushing cavity can be converted from standard coarse to short-head extra-fine type. Product gradation can also be adjusted by changing the drive shaft speed, maximizing equipment value and delivering extremely wide adaptability.
