The HP Series multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher is developed by our company based on the introduction and absorption of advanced hydraulic cone crusher technology from Europe and the United States. Through continuous design optimization, it perfectly integrates crushing speed, eccentricity, stroke length, crushing force, and crushing chamber profile. Strong Power Transmission & Smooth Operation: The crusher features a high-strength integrally cast frame. The transmission system utilizes high-precision bevel gears, resulting in low vibration. The optimized overall structure offers greater strength, effectively protects the frame and the high-speed rotating balance ring from wear, ensures low noise, higher transmission efficiency, stronger load capacity, and smoother operation. Typically, the service life is increased by more than 30%.
Significantly Reduced Operating Costs: The crusher employs a special crushing chamber designed based on the Inter-particle laminate crushing principle, matched with an appropriate rotational speed. Material breakage occurs not only between particles and liners but also between particles themselves. This significantly increases the proportion of fine products and cubical particles, while greatly reducing flaky and elongated material. Due to the optimized crushing chamber profile and the protective effect of the material bed, wear on wear parts is relatively low, greatly reducing long-term operating costs.
High Production Efficiency: The crusher achieves a reasonable combination of a high swing frequency of the crushing head and large eccentricity (stroke) of the eccentric bushing, greatly enhancing the throughput capacity. The hydraulic motor drives the adjustment sleeve (fixed cone liner) for precise discharge opening adjustment, allowing production to be carried out at a constant discharge opening.
Strong Load Capacity: The crusher features a fixed main shaft design, with the eccentric bushing rotating around the main shaft. The main shaft remains stationary during operation, which maximizes its strength, improves stress distribution, enhances the stability of the moving cone, and extends component life. The reinforced frame, cantilevered high-strength fixed shaft design, and hydrodynamic lubrication with bronze bushings provide greater load capacity in harsh crushing environments.
Reliable Sealing & Reduced Downtime: In the event of tramp iron passing or instantaneous stalling, the bidirectional tramp iron release hydraulic cylinder automatically discharges the material. The machine features a large hydraulic clearing stroke for the crushing chamber. The XHP cone crusher adds a spherical floating seal based on the T-U type seal, using a unique thin oil lubrication system combined with a positive pressure dust seal for more reliable sealing, effectively preventing dust from contaminating the lubricating oil.
Easy Maintenance & Operation: All parts of this machine can be disassembled and maintained from the top or side, without needing to dismantle the frame or fastening bolts. The concave liner relies on self-locking between the wedge plate and helical inclined surface. The mantle liner is fastened with a self-locking bolt. No filler is required for liner installation. The hydraulic motor can rotate the adjustment sleeve and bowl liner completely out of the support sleeve to facilitate liner replacement.
Multiple Uses & Flexible Conversion: Each model of the HP Series cone crusher supports multiple cavity types. Changing the cavity type only requires replacing a few parts such as the corresponding liners, belt pulley, and auxiliary ring. The crushing cavity can be converted from standard coarse type to short-head extra-fine type.
Safe & Intelligent: The HP series cone crusher control system adopts centralized automatic control via hydraulic, lubrication, and electrical systems, enabling functions such as automatic pressure compensation, overload protection, tramp iron protection, discharge opening adjustment, and synchronous cavity clearing. It also provides real-time monitoring of oil temperature, oil pressure, flow rate, load, and discharge opening size, making the equipment safer to operate and simpler to maintain.
