The XY Dehydration and Fine Sand Recovery Integrated Machine is developed by our company on the basis of absorbing advanced European and American technologies, in response to China’s green and environmental protection development strategy. This multi-functional dual-purpose product integrates dehydration and fine sand recovery, offering a practical solution for modern processing operations.
This machine can effectively reduce tailings loss and satisfactorily resolve environmental pollution caused by tailings. It meets the discharge standards required by environmental protection regulations, featuring environmental friendliness, energy conservation and emission reduction, as well as economic efficiency.
The equipment adopts a semi-closed design. After the mortar is separated by the hydrocyclone, unrecovered sediment and wastewater are discharged from the overflow outlet at the top of the hydrocyclone, enabling flexible and reasonable waste discharge and multi-stage recovery, with a recovery rate of over 90%. The hydrocyclone is lined with polyurethane, which extends the service life of the entire unit and smoothly accomplishes fine sand thickening, liquid purification, and other operations.
The XY Dehydration and Fine Sand Recovery Integrated Machine is designed with full consideration of the comprehensive matching of the motor, slurry pump, and hydrocyclone. This allows the equipment to achieve maximum production efficiency during operation while making full use of energy, reducing power consumption, and realizing energy-saving production.
The XY machine extracts fine sand (0.1–0.35 mm) from wastewater, effectively recovering fine sand lost from sand washing machines. At the same time, it enables the sand to achieve optimal fineness modulus and gradation, reduces sediment content in discharged wastewater, shortens the natural stockpiling time of fine sand, slows down siltation in sedimentation tanks, and lowers the cleaning cost of deep cone thickeners. The recovered fine sand, when mixed with washed aggregates, improves the overall quality of aggregates and brings substantial economic benefits to sand and gravel enterprises.
The XY machine generates vibration force through a combination of shaft eccentricity and eccentric blocks rotating on the eccentric shaft, delivering stronger vibration, smoother operation and longer service life. Adopting advanced manufacturing processes, the screen body is processed on a gantry boring and milling machine for both side milling and hole boring. This process ensures the assembly concentricity of the vibrator. The bearing housing is made of special alloy steel, which eliminates the problem of frequent replacement caused by high wear and bearing outer race rotation commonly seen in ordinary materials. It features excellent wear resistance and low deformation.
This machine is widely used in engineering projects such as metallurgy, mining, water conservancy, hydropower, sand and gravel plants, glass factories, coal preparation plants, coarse coal recovery, environmental protection projects, and shield machine (mud purification). The discharge standards are green and environmentally friendly, energy conservation and emission reduction, economical and high-efficiency.
