Conventional vibrating screens have long struggled with three persistent issues: low throughput efficiency, frequent structural failure, and excessive environmental pollution. The XY Vibrating Screen was developed specifically to overcome these limitations. As a mature and extensively field-tested product, it represents years of iterative improvement based on real-world crushing and screening operations in mines and quarries.

Engineered for High-Intensity Screening

At the core of this machine lies a carefully balanced dual-excitation system. By combining shaft eccentricity with auxiliary eccentric blocks, the XY Vibrating Screen generates a powerful and consistent vibratory force. This high-intensity vibration ensures that material moves rapidly across the screen deck, achieving thorough stratification and accurate particle separation. The result is a screening operation that delivers maximum output with minimal energy expenditure.

Built to Withstand Continuous Operation

Structural integrity separates short-lived equipment from long-term assets. The XY Vibrating Screen undergoes finite element dynamic analysis on its entire frame structure, allowing engineers to identify and reinforce stress concentration points before manufacturing begins. This analytical approach yields a machine with exceptional fatigue resistance and overall reliability.

The side plates deserve special attention. Unlike conventional designs that rely on welded joints—which introduce residual stress and become potential failure points over time—the XY screen uses HUCK rivets combined with hemming technology. There is no welding on the side plates. This eliminates the risk of stress-induced cracking, prevents frame loosening during extended operation, and gives the screen body markedly higher fatigue strength.

Precision Manufacturing for Consistent Performance

Manufacturing tolerances directly affect operational stability. To maintain precise concentricity of the bearing housing bores, the entire screen body is machined on a gantry boring and milling machine. Side milling and hole boring are completed in a single setup, ensuring perfect horizontal alignment for the exciter assembly.

The bearing housings themselves are cast from a proprietary alloy steel formulation. Ordinary materials wear rapidly, allowing the bearing outer race to rotate and leading to premature failure. This special alloy eliminates that problem, offering excellent wear resistance and high deformation resistance, which translates directly into longer replacement intervals.

Lubrication and Sealing: A Superior Approach

Bearing life often determines screen service life. The XY Vibrating Screen employs a thin oil lubrication system—an advanced choice over conventional grease lubrication. Thin oil provides superior heat dissipation, simplifies cleaning, forms a low-friction oil film, and reduces operating costs. To prevent leakage, a specially designed labyrinth seal works in conjunction with the lubrication system. Together, these features more than double typical bearing life.

Operator-Friendly Design

Operational economy extends beyond energy consumption. The screen deck sits at a 20° inclination, which accelerates the passage of large stones while maintaining efficient motor power utilization. A tripod structure separates the screen body from the base frame, ensuring the motor remains securely fixed while simplifying both installation and transportation. Rubber composite springs further enhance the design by lowering noise levels and smoothing overall operation.
