The XY Heavy-Duty Grizzly Feeder, developed by Xinyida Machinery, is an optimized feeder designed to solve the problem of excessive mud in raw materials negatively affecting crushing. Based on in-depth research of vibration principles and years of manufacturing experience, this machine provides uniform feeding of large materials before coarse crushing, while its grizzly effectively removes fine materials such as mud and performs pre-screening to boost coarse crushing capacity.
Adopting a heavy-duty structure with combined shaft and block eccentricity, the feeder withstands impact from falling large materials and delivers high processing capacity.
The unique three-stage grizzly design prevents feeding blockages, effectively pre-screens out mud and small-sized sand and gravel, and improves the overall crushing efficiency of the production line. Equipped with a variable frequency speed-regulating motor, it allows convenient and quick adjustment of feed flow, ensuring uniform, accurate and stable feeding. Side plates are made of high-yield strength steel, with reinforced plates at the exciter area. The screen body uses Huck rivets and a hemming process, eliminating welding-induced stress concentration and preventing frame loosening or deformation under long-term operation. This results in higher fatigue strength and outstanding durability.

The exciting force is generated by shaft eccentricity combined with eccentric blocks rotating on the eccentric shaft, delivering stronger vibration, smoother operation, and longer service life. The entire screen body is processed on a gantry boring and milling machine for double-side milling and boring, ensuring perfect alignment and concentricity for exciter assembly. Bearing housings are made of special alloy steel, avoiding the high wear that causes outer race rotation in conventional materials, thus eliminating frequent housing replacements. They offer excellent wear resistance and deformation resistance.
Bearings employ an advanced thin oil lubrication system. Compared to grease lubrication, it offers better cooling, easier cleaning, lower oil-film resistance, and lower cost. Combined with a special labyrinth seal design to prevent oil leakage, bearing service life is more than doubled.
