The crusher features an advanced pin-and-bolt connection and riveting system, eliminating stress concentration and greatly improving fatigue strength for superior sturdiness and durability. The integrated modular design ensures a compact structure, allowing quick disassembly and assembly of all components, minimizing time and cost for transportation, installation and maintenance.
The swing jaw assembly consists of a heavy-duty forged eccentric shaft, large high-quality rolling bearings, and a swing jaw body optimized by finite element analysis. A heavy-duty guard plate is installed on the upper part of the swing jaw to prevent damage from material impact, protecting the jaw body and internal bearings.
The eccentricity gradually increases from top to bottom, reaching maximum at the bottom. Combined with a steeper toggle plate angle, this achieves a longer linear stroke per revolution of the eccentric shaft. The aggressive jaw motion and long eccentricity at the bottom of the crushing chamber deliver higher capacity, larger crushing ratio and better product gradation.
The deep symmetrical V-type crushing chamber ensures the actual feed opening width matches the nominal width. The repeatedly optimized feed opening depth allows material to enter unobstructed for optimal feeding capacity. The nip angle between the swing jaw and fixed jaw liners is determined through force analysis; a properly designed nip angle guarantees strong biting force, smooth material flow, reduced liner wear and lower costs.
The integral cast steel bearing housing ensures perfect fitting with the frame, avoiding unnecessary radial loads on bearings during fastening—a common issue with combined bearing housings. This results in smoother bearing operation and extended service life.
Fixed and swing jaw plates are interchangeable and reversible; left and right cheek plates are also interchangeable. This design maximizes component utilization, reduces spare parts inventory, and saves substantial long-term wear costs.
The mechanical discharge opening adjustment device features a dedicated gear force-multiplying structure combined with double-wedge adjustment. Compared with traditional shim adjustment, operation is simpler, safer and faster, significantly reducing downtime.
