The side plates of the XY Heavy-duty Grizzly Feeder are made of high-yield strength steel plates, with reinforced steel plates at the exciter area to ensure overall strength. The screen body adopts HUCK rivets and a hemming process, eliminating stress concentration caused by welding, preventing frame loosening and deformation under long-term operation. The exciting force of the XY Heavy-duty Grizzly Feeder is generated jointly by shaft eccentricity and eccentric blocks rotating on the eccentric shaft, delivering stronger vibration force, smoother operation and longer service life.
With advanced manufacturing technology, the whole screen body is processed on a gantry boring and milling machine for double-side milling and boring, ensuring perfect alignment and concentricity for exciter assembly. The bearing housings are made of special alloy steel, avoiding the high wear that causes bearing outer race rotation in conventional materials, thus eliminating frequent bearing housing replacements.
