Tibet Nyingchi 300tph Sand Aggregate Production Line High Altitude Project

With the deepening of Western Development and infrastructure construction, our company has successfully commissioned an intelligent 300-ton-per-hour sand and gravel production line in Nyingchi, Tibet. Located on a high plateau with unique natural conditions and fragile ecology, the project demanded exceptionally high standards for construction techniques and environmental protection.

The system features a customized three-stage crushing and screening process combining Jaw Crusher, Cone Crusher, and Sand Making Machine, with equipment optimized for high-altitude, low-pressure conditions to ensure stable and reliable output. The production line is equipped with a circulating wastewater treatment system and dust removal devices, achieving ow-dust operations—effectively protecting the local environment while meeting the demand for high-grade aggregates in major national infrastructure projects.

From equipment installation to commissioning, our project team overcame challenges posed by high-altitude transportation and construction to deliver rapid completion. The finished aggregates cover multiple specifications, reliably supporting municipal, water conservancy, and key construction projects in the Nyingchi region, contributing a solid "sand and stone strength" to the modernization of the snowy plateau.
