Sichuan Leshan 400 Ton Per Hour Sand Aggregate Production Line Green Mining

Our company has successfully commissioned a modern 400-ton-per-hour sand and aggregate production line in Leshan, Sichuan. Located in the southwestern part of the Sichuan Basin, the region boasts abundant mineral resources yet enforces stringent environmental regulations. From the very outset, the project was built around the core principles of "green extraction, intelligent production, and circular utilization."

The production line features a three-stage crushing and shaping process combining Jaw Crusher, Cone Crusher, and Vertical Shaft Impact Crusher, paired with high-efficiency vibrating screening systems capable of simultaneously producing multiple grades and specifications of high-quality aggregates. Tailored to the unique raw material characteristics of the Leshan area, we optimized crushing chamber configurations and screen mesh designs to effectively reduce flakiness content, delivering superior particle shapes that fully meet the stringent requirements of high-speed railways, expressways, and ready-mix concrete projects.

On the environmental front, the entire line is enclosed within a fully covered plant, equipped with pulse-jet baghouse dust collectors and spray misting systems to suppress dust emissions at every source. A closed-loop wastewater treatment and recycling system achieves zero liquid discharge and maximizes water reuse, striking an optimal balance between economic performance and ecological responsibility.

From civil construction to system commissioning, our project team executed meticulous planning and efficient coordination, achieving full production within the contracted schedule. Currently operating with stable performance and a daily output of nearly 10,000 tons of finished aggregates, the line reliably supplies critical materials for major infrastructure projects in Leshan and surrounding areas, delivering robust support for Sichuan's high-quality infrastructure development through advanced equipment and professional services.
